ACCOMMODATION

The spacious and comfortable bedrooms; one double and one twin, are each individually furnished with flat screen digital TV, clock radio and tea/coffee facilities with complementary biscuits and homemade cakes on arrival. Cream teas at £3.25 each, are available (for stays of three nights or more, one cream tea per person is available free of charge.) Please book in advance.

Both bedrooms have newly fitted ensuite rooms, with large luxury showers with co-ordinated toiletries.

Enjoy a full English breakfast using locally sourced Cornish bacon, sausages, and free range eggs, served at your own table in the dining room, with French doors overlooking the patio.

The Elliot Arms, at Tregadillet has a friendly atmosphere, serving good food; in Launceston there are a variety of restaurants, take-aways and pubs.

Relax and unwind after a day out exploring this scenic part of the country, maybe with a book in the lounge area. A wireless internet connection is also available, for which a small charge is made.

Off road parking is situated beside the bungalow.

The lawned, landscaped gardens, set in a third of an acre, with mature trees and shrubs, provide tranquil seating areas and are bordered to one side by a running stream, with a foot bridge over leading to a decked area. Adjoining the patio, there is a colourful, lily pond, containing goldfish.
